Un-freaking real. The same people who wanted Tom Brady thrown out of the league are now tripping all over themselves to defend Saint Manning. ESPN especially embarrassed themselves yesterday. Proven liar and Manning family lap dog, Chris Mortenson couldn't help but defend Manning like Archie was pulling his strings.

The people who say that AJA has no credibility could be right, but what gives Ted Wells, Jeff Pash, Roger Goodell, et all any more credibility than them?

Do I care if Manning took HGH, no. I just get a kick out of NFL network and ESPN defending Manning because the league is not involved yet. Effing phonies

If friends of yours that you have worked with for many years were accused of something by some anonymous source for a crime ... would you not come to your friends defense ?

These guys are no different, they know all the players, particularly the stars, they become friends and want the best for them.

Ok, lets look at it this way, and the same people reported that say Oh I don't know, Tom Brady had done this during his career and they were reporting this, you would be pissed about the reporting source ... yes, espn guys and other as are all on your side saying that No way did Brady do this stuff ...
I would rather the espn and other back me than say hell with it, hes cheated and accept it as that.

I see no reason to worry one way or the other what espn says about it.
I haven't heard a word from espn guys about it .... why ?
I haven't turned on espn for something other than games in ages.

I think your just jumping the gun because you don't like Manning.

Personally, do I think Peyton did it, no .... do I have proof, no ... neither does anyone else.

I like Manning and I also like Brady, they are both fun to watch and seem to be decent people outside of football.

And I'm a Steelers fan.

One of the biggest hypocrites of them all, Greg Doyal compared the Patriots to the 1919 Black Sox during the DeflateGate circus. With Manning he tweeted "innocent until proven guilty". WOW!!

I agree 100%, and I also think Manning is innocent here. But the hypocrisy is so obvious it's laughable!

Trying to play 'devil's advocate," I looked up what HGH could do for healing an injury, post surgery, that Manning had with his neck. Results were inconclusive. I don't believe the accusations against Manning by Al Jazeera. Why would you go behind the back of your surgeon, without obvious MD supervision, in order to heal post operatively, the kind of injury that Peyton Manning had?

The reason I can't believe he would do this is because he does not seem like the type of guy that would be ballsy enough to risk anything. He would hold with a hand of 16 at Blackjack table. He IS a f#%&ing boyscout and to do something like this, you gotta be crazy AND ballsy...and he comes of as the type that is neither. He is boring...and boring people are not the type to take chances.

Brady on the other hand...;):bow

I read this and the reactions to the report, and I flash back to Lance Armstrong. I believed that he was innocent of the charges that were made against him, and he always maintained his innocence until *BAM* what do you know, here's Lance admitting to all sorts of banned substance abuse.

I'm willing to give Peyton the benefit of the doubt for now, but one thing that seems to be proven time after time is Athletes tend to think that they are above the law.
