External Hard Drive from Expressvu to PC?

The HD is full and wanted to burn to DVDs on my PC and when hook up to the PC it does not see it at all is there a way so the PC can see this HD?
or
Maybe just by an Stand-Alone DVD Burner for the Dish setup?

To copy over the videos? No.

You can make the computer see the partitions but the content is encrypted...
