Pursuant to General Statutes § 16-333f , Charter Communications/Western Connecticut-Newtown (the Company") herein provides notice of the following new programming services to be added to the system in Fairfield County only, effective October 12, 2010.

• WCBS-HD will be launched on Channel 790.
• WNYW-HD will be launched on Channel 791.
• WABC-HD will be launched on Channel 792.
• WNBC-HD will be launched on Channel 793.
• WPIX-HD will be launched on Channel 794.

In addition, the following programming services will be removed from the system in Fairfield County only, effective November 30, 2010.
• WTCC-HD (CW) (formerly WTXX-HD) on Channel 780.
• WVIT-HD (NBC) on Channel 785.
• WTIC-HD (FOX) on Channel 786.
