fashion one tv 805 c-band at 55.5 w

I installed a 6 foot fortecstar c-band antenna pointed at 805 55.5w.
I was trying to get the fashion one tv channel on tr freq 3808.
I did a blind scan on my viewsat ultra receiver and scanned 70 channels.
I did not get the fashion one tv channel for my customer.
I did a channel scan on tp freq 3808 and picked up 3 tv channels and 5 radio channels but no fashion one.
I peaked the dish elevation and azmith and adjusted the fedhorn in and out as well as the skew
but still could not pick up the only channel that I was looking for.
I did notice that the quality for tp 3808 was low as I see on lyngsat that 3808 has 8 tv channels.
Does anyone know if fashion one tv is transmitting at this time.

I logged in this morning and did not even see my post in this forum.
I'm having mjor problems with my computer as well as the c-band antenna.

Also, is your signal quality on tp freq 3808 weak.

The signal is weak, even with my 10' dish. I doubt a six footer would have much luck.

There was two feeds on that transponder, SD and HD. The SD feed wasn't thwere when I checked yesterday.

Was the HD channel working?
