fashion one tv on c-band 805 at 55.5 w

I was installing a fortecstar 6 foot antenna today.
My fta receiver is a wilson ultra.
I scanned in 70 channels but could not scan in fashion one on tp freq 3808.
I did scan in 3 tv channels and 5 radio channels on tp freq 3808 when I did a channel scan.
I peaked the dish elevation and azmith and adjusted the feed in and out.
Does anyone know if fashion one is transmitting right now.

Yea I see Fashion One right now. I see FTV moved to a new transponder.
