Fashion TV Picture Quality

Do anyone know why the picture quality of fashion tv on G25
is so bad? 12177v 23000 sr.I have a 97 quality but anything I watch on the
channel has horrible video quality.Is it the compression that they use?.

I guess it would have to be a compression issue. My quality level is also high on this channel.
And why is it so damn loud?!
I have to leap to the controller when I hit this channel to turn it down before I blow out my speakers, ear drums, and windows!

Their channels resolution is 720 x 480i and they are using a bit rate of 2.77 Mbps, most of the other channels on that transponder are around 2 Mbps or lower, Also last year around this time they were trying to make FTV a subscription channel, so it's nice its still FTA.

So the low quality is probably due to the source video they are working with.
