Favorite ice cream flavors

Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia is pretty good.

I enjoy Custard Ice Cream from a local establishment called "East Coast Frozen Custard". It was featured on The Food Network before and I have one within walking distance from the house.

I am pre-diabetic and so try to avoid sugar. My favorite ice cream is Breyer's No Sugar Added Triple Chocolate. It has intense chocolate flavor. I would eat it even if I wasn't sugar-restricted. I'm not saying it's healthy. It's loaded with fat and the milk has some natural sugar. But it does taste great and has very little effect on my blood sugar.

Dreyer makes a similar product called Edy's No Sugar Added Triple Chocolate. I would love to compare them, but Edy's does not seem to be available in my area.
