Im surprised they are being as aggressive as they are in pushing the Feb 2009 deadline!

All of it stems from an individual store by store check, kmart was among them and I went into the one here in town back in december and every set that was analog had the sticker on the box and infront of the display set. The local BB didnt have any analog sets nor did he CC and the fry's didnt have any either, a commentor on the story site said that it was also a store by store issue based on a news article in his local paper.

Doesn't surprise me. The government wants that spectrum back, pronto. It will be a cash cow.
