FCC Gives Dish Seven Years to Build 70% of It's LTE Network

Posted on Engadget overnight was a story about the FCC publishing the restrictions that Dish will have to follow in order to use the AWS-4 spectrum they are allowed to use for their LTE network. They will have four years to build 40% of the network, and 7 years to build 70% of the network. If they fail to meet the 40% goal then their 70% deadline will be cut to two years.
