Heres the link.. I think Analog shut down will be sooner than what we think or the FCC is trying to flood the market to get ready for analog shut down soon.

Am I correct in my understanding that retailers will not be able to sell 36" and larger TV's with only an NTSC tuner after June 30th of this year? I would assume this would mean that there would be significant discounts on products such as the Toshiba 46H84 in the days leading up to this deadline?

From everything I've read including the article in this thread I believe it is the TV's date of manufacture that applies (not date of sale).
