I just downloaded the player. Not bad "KTLA", "FOOD Network", "PBS" and others at no cost. Plus the quality is really good. I would even say it is a little better than IVI for which they charge $5 a month.

I've noticed that many of the networks have disappeared, but some "good" ones still exist.
