Finally made the jump from D* to Dish

The HIC is placed wherever your router is. It bridges the Ethernet to the MoCA network. Instead of hooking the Ethernet to your Hopper, you would hook it to the HIC.

Ok, then that means i can place the HIC in the family room where 1 of the hoppers will be going, thats where my router is.
Now, just hope i get a installer that understands how to connect all this.

Sounds like the newest update is starting to roll out. Just wondering if upcoming new installs will get it right away?
