I'm reading a lot about certain updates coming and several have received them to correct one thing or another. I'm wondering, how do you get these downloads?
I'm having several issues with my DVR box - including lag when hitting a button on the remote control. I'm thinking the updates might help, but not sure what needs to be done to attain them.
