Fios vs Optimum

Anyone on long island that had optimum and now has fios what is the biggest differnce? is Fios much faster?? Please any opinions would be helpfull.

I had FIOS before I moved into a condo, FIOS was faster at the time, since then CV has matched the 15/2 package. FIOS gave me better ping times and I got the advertised speeds, along with never having to worry about ever getting capped for uploading too much. I would get FIOS over CV's optimum online for the reasons above and it's why I am trying to get my condo building wired for FIOS.
