funny how when I click on the link it shows my "local" PBS stations at the bottom

KAWB Brainerd....which carries it already as a subchannel (22-2) and on cable in the local areas.

RF TUNING PARAMETERS Vertical (1430.000MHz /30.000MSps)

Apply math here: L-Band Frequency (1430MHz) + LNB LO frequency (10750MHz) = Downlink Frequency (12180MHz)

technically PBS doesnt own FNX. Its a joint effort between an Indian tribe and the local PBS.
"The unique non-profit channel is the result of a shared vision and values between the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and PBS/KVCR both located in San Bernardino, California."

Maybe they are working the kinks out
