Help!!!!

I have a First Strike Meter-

You need to input the transponder frequency, symbol rate, and local oscillator frequency for my location- Brevig Mission, Alaska 99785

The First Strike webpage has some details, but to a rookie like me its all Greek!

Any help will be great!
