Flashing ON/OFF knob with PANIC message

Hello! I have a reload 400S PVR, function OK exept when it is shut down. The the ON/OFF knob is blue flashing and a message PANIC is shown on the display
Anybody have a solution of this problem??

The Problem solved

I suppose there was a bug or that the img-file were corrupted. I Solved this by installing a new img-file (HL2,17) by flashtools and saved the newcamb-file so now our ReLook 400S is working excellent.
