I was on 97w and at the bottom were 4 channels,Fox Biz,FX,NGC,andFox. Great! after lunch moved the dish back it 97w from 43w, nothing, it said "SCambled. Was that possible?Please let me now. Thanks.
 
They are at 91w not 97w.

Sometimes cable channels that are normally encrypted become unencrypted for (usually) a short period of time. You should never expect them to stay unencrypted for very long.
