Hello I got s strange new appears to be city wide flyer as my cousin who lives across the city from me got this flyer as well I live in the 98902 zip code I apologize for the poor quality of the photo lighting was not good on top in yellow it says no contracts no credit checks no commitments I am thinking it a scam unable to check the website plan to do it when I get off work image.jpeg
 
Maybe not a scam, but definitely another third party seller. They sell for Comcast, Time Warner, AT&T and Cox as well.
Just trash it!
