Does anyone have a food slicer that they really like? I had 72# of pork belly delivered this week. That's a lot of bacon to hand slice!

I want one with at least an 8" blade and NO plastic parts. Im looking at the Chef's Choice 662 or 667. Or, I have also looked at buying a used commercial Hobart slicer for not much more.

Stimpson should chime in. I'm pretty sure he has one.

Personally, I love the commercial style slicers I used at the restaurant, but those can be EXTREMELY pricey. All depends on what you want to pay: Hundreds or Thousands.
