For you baseball fans in the south...

I was just changing the channels in the multisport package and noticed that the Reds/Mets game wasn't blacked out as for all the other MLB games on the other channels are. Then a nice blonde lady comes on the screen during commercial and shows the FSN South (my RSN) viewing area and said that Fox South is now pround to announce that all games on the Fox Cincinnati channel will now be retransmitted to all Fox South customers.....I am strictly a Braves fan here but just wanted to let you all know what I just saw if you are in FSN South's area, the Reds game isn't blacked out and its on about 2 ALT channels as well, if you are a fan.

Now my question, why is Fox Sports allowing everyone in the South watch a Reds/Mets game??? What if I wanted to see a Dodgers game or the Yankees?? Not that I would, just inquiring.

My RSN is FSN South ch 420, the game today Reds/Mets was on FSNCN ch 427 and I was seeing it on ALT 1 and ALT 2 and neither of the 3 channels were blackedout, I just thought it was weird that they would let the south have them games...but what about everyone else was my question....

My viewing area is florida, I get channels 422 and 423 . I am wondering if I order the sports package for 5.99 if I would get redsoxs games on nesn or if they would be blacked out.

sorry lilsaxon in Florida u will not get NESN in the clear for REDSOX, you however can subscribe to MLB Extra innings and get Redsox games
