This is the part that does not belong here!

But it is a fact of both organizations, and thus will end up being a part of any discussion dealing with them as they both deal with politics within their news casts as well as their business programs.
Or are people here willing to say that politics have nothing to do with business? Nor does business have anything to do with politics? Hmm?

People looking for solid business info will not tolerate "spin" when it comes to their investments. That being said, I would be interested in seeing how the WSJ staff would bring more added value to FBN...I'm not a big fan of CNBC as I see them being a cheerleader and not focusing on the whys of the market. I want more than being told what stock prices are and what the day is looking like. I want in-depth explanations, and I think more business networks will help drive that.

The guy just wanted to know if the channel would be added. He wasn't asking about the politics of the channel. However, the channel is pro business and a lot about fixing the problems such as oil prices, health care, real estate, etc. Believe it or not there are a lot of small business owners that favor Hillary, Edwards and the other democrats. Don't ask me why, but they do. It isn't all right leaning content at all on Fox Business. I often get annoyed at some of the guests and their plans to "fix" these problems. I don't like their take on matters such as unions, single payer heath care system, etc. This channel is down and dirty business, both sides. It is unfair for people to assume it is right wing. Especially those who just jump in here to say we don't need it when they have never even watched the channel.

And when he was informed that E* had no immediate plans to carry this channel he started giving reasons as to why they should. Others posted their feelings on why E* shouldn't. You can't start a debate and then walk away when your comments start getting beaten to death.

I don't think he started the debate.. but anyway... moving forward... Dish needs to add the channel.

Dish totally needs to add this network! They are on top of all the breaking porn industry news and that is really important to many Americans (especially single guys.) The interview they did with Mary Carey opened my eyes to the possibilities and I am sure they will have many other adult stars on the channel to keep us entertained!

Send an email to ceo@echostar.com and demand that they give us FBN!

You joke but some of these newsgirls are growing on me. Alexis is nice in the morning. Sweetens the news. I remember waking up to ED Hill (Donahue) on Fox News in the years after 9/11. Not such a pretty face to wake up to. But Fox Business is refreshing.

That Dave Ramsey is a cutey too. I just can't get enough of the man talking money. Maybe I am gay and don't know it. Maybe I should be watching Logo too? Well, that is impossible. They are owned by MTV. So whatever they are now, they won't be in a year or two. I should stick with Fox Business.

But seriously, FBN has some refreshing eye candy faces (and good news too). Dish needs to add Fox Business.

Zero, I am the OP and that wasn't me that started giving reason! i just wanted to know if it was going to be added. Others took the liberty to take the question and take it where I had not intended.

I agree 100%! Their broadcasts have much more smoking hot bods then you are ever going to find on "traditional business news." It is all about scantily clad half naked woman in my book!

I'd dump Cinemax for those lonely late nights when I need to blank my blankity blank with a blank blank, if we got Fox "Business News" for free!
