Just installed a Vip211k and a wing dish@ 61.5 for one of my commercial accounts.
Customer sub to Privet plus/turbo hd pack.
After more then 1 hr on the phone with a commercial csr specialist. they could not get that channel to authorize. all other HD channels turned on, but Fox News channel would not turn on.
any one else see this problem on there commercial accounts??
Just issued a service request on there retail web site. well keep all posted on the results...
