When I go to the 'compare packages' page, it shows Fox News as available in HD in the Smart Pack, yet I've never gotten it in HD in that package, only the SD version. Every time I chat with a rep, they just say that its only in SD in the smart pack. Anyine else have this issue?

Hi Yardline, I do apologize for the typo on the Smart Package comparison tool and I have reported the issue. The Smart Package does not contain any HD programming except for HD locals where available & with proper equipment & satellites and Premium Movie Channels. Fox News Hd is not available in this package.
I think some of the problem is literally the logo. I don't think Fox news has SD anymore, what you get is "downsized" HD, and the only logo may be the HD one. (DIsh should find a way to make it clearer as these kinds of questions keep popping up)
