I'm going to be upgrading to a Hopper/Joey soon and was wondering what the process is for making a receiver Free and Clear. I currently own a VIP 222K that I'd like to sell. Thanks.

Once it's deactivated on your account, it will be "free and clear". If your account is disconnected, we require a $0 balance as well, but since you'll be keeping it active, this won't apply.
