Confused as to where I should go to read about stuff like this on this forum. Video games (due to Xbox One), IPTV (where there's no SlingTV thread that I saw yet) or Dish Network Support (which isn't really related to this service)?

SlingTV is Dish. Sling Media is not.

Since this is directly a Dish product minus the branding I think Dish forum is your best bet
