Apparently some of these on demand shows are not working, and dish chat customer service reps have no clue that on demand is in free preview. I have talked to two of them and they could not help. How do I find out which DIRT reps are available?

Sundance Channel HD (ch. 126), American Heroes Channel (ch. 195), UP (ch. 188), and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries HD (ch. 187) are all in free preview until 04/05/2016 if you do not already have them in your subscription.

American Heroes Channel is in SD. I can stand watching SD. Hell my PC monitor is 4 K. It's time all channels were at least HD.
