Free second dish?

Hi,
Below is what i currently have with dish.

AMERICA'S TOP 200 42.99
DISH NETWORK DVR SERVICEFEE 5.98
DISHHD 20.00
LEASED RECEIVER FEE 6.00
Account Charges $ 74.97

I'm thinking of getting the drvadvantage tomorrow since I'll be only paying a $1.02
more then I'm paying now and I'll get the locals. My problem is when they came and installed my 622 and put my dish up they gave me a dish 1000 instead of two dishes. I have OTA so that didn't bother me too much, but now that I'm going to pay for locals I like to get my hd locals also. My question is will they replace my dish 1000 for free? My locals are from washington dc.

Dish will setup whatever dish/dishes you need to recieve all of the programming you subscribe to. So if your locals are on 118.7, then yeah, they should upgrade the dish

Washington DC's HD locals are on 61.5 so an extra dish will be needed.
