Assuming you mean legal (unscrambled) free-to-air satellite channels? If so, you will need a FTA satellite receiver, lnbf and a satellite dish (either ku band, c band or both ) properly sized for your location. Also some rg6 coax cable to connect it up.

bonsukatakyie you will need to give us more info than you have provided. You may also find better, to visit a forum based in Europe or Africa. The satellites that you can pick up from Ghana is very different than here in NA.
