Freezing on USA Network channel

Was watching Burn Notice on the USA network last night and was getting a few times where the picture would freeze up for a second or two. It would always pop back in. My receiver I was watching is a 211K. I didn't have it on any other channel so not sure if it was just USA. Did anyone else see this happening last night?? It wasn't a weather issue as it was clear and not breezy. Just wondering??

Did the picture freeze but audio was unaffected? If so, it was most likely an overheating issue.

No got an audio chirp and then lost picture and sound for just a second or so then back on. Almost like when I get rain fade, except weather was not a factor. Haven't seen it before or since so wondering if Dish was doing some sort of testing maybe.
