freezing pic in Dubuque. lot of people having this trouble during shows, not commercials.

Picture freezinf foe a few seconds, then catches up with sound. several people I know are having this same problem.

I live in northeast Missouri and my parents and myself are experiencing the same issue. I have only noticed it with my local channels. Dish has been no help resolving the issue. Of course they think it's a problem on my end which it is not.They sent a new receiver to my parents which didn't help a bit. We need more people to complain about the issue i guess to get their attention.

I have a 922 in the Midwest and yesterday my local fox ch froze and caused the receiver to reboot. Is this another new issue?
