What can be done with this? I know there is a handful of QPSK channels that I can get with a DVB card, but are there any 8PSK HD FTA Channels?

There are some 8PSK FTA on a few satellites and this card also tunes DC2 signals. But it will only display video for ZK (Zero Key) channels. It will not display FP (Fixed Program Key) channels.
