FSN in HD?

Didn't I read somewhere in 2008 that FSN would go 100% HD in 2009? I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that was the case (something about a new production facility in Houston opening).

Nope, not from what I have read.
They mentioned that thier facility in Houston handles all the FSN's and need to upgrade (new facility) to do HD all the time.
