Fssw Hd??

Does anyone know why none of the Mavs games are in HD on FSSWHD? I have not seen one game this season that was in HD on this channel. I have the NBA package and on 756-1 tonight against the Knicks they are in HD. The same broadcast as the one on FSSWHD which is not in HD. Like I said it is not only tonight. It has been all season.

Well no sooner than I post this and it goes to HD on 643. Still not sure why so few are in HD.

I checked and the game is in HD on 756-1 and FSSWHD ch 643.

As far as THAT channel its all about carriage rights and rules. FSN-SW is not the only production that carries MAVS even though most all games are produced HD. Sometimes it may be an OTA only and/or regional only. Blackouts and carriage rights truly SUCK the way the leagues handle them today!

I have caught quite a few HD mavs games on FSNSW-HD 643. About less than half of them are 4:3 SD letterboxed, but it seems most are in full HD. Most of the Stars games have been 4:3 SD, but 1 in 5 will be HD it seems.
