FTA Fortec help needed

Hello All,
I am new to FTA and I already have what may be a major problem.
I downloaded a bin and now my receiver will not turn on right.
I am not sure if with the rules I am allowed to name the bin or not.
The FortecStar Ultra Lifetime is new and so was the bin, well new as of 9/14/05.

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated as my 3 year old is starting to think that I am a moron because I cannot find Danny Phantom cartoons for him.
