FTA Receivers and warranty

I addressed the warranty issue specifically with DrSat. He assured me that warranty claims would dealt with by him , so no re-direct to the manufacturer. That was what I wanted to hear. Hopefully it won't be needed.

I was still composing my message when you wrote that you decided upon the AZBox. I think this was a good decision for you. You will be happy with it. It does a lot of things that other receivers cannot do. But.... It takes a little getting used to as well. It is not perfect, yet it is really exceptional. The guys in the AZBox support area and I will help you along with everything you need and we are learning more as we go along to make it even better.
