That's on C-band - are you hitting it with a C-band dish?

I can't see it because I'm on a Ku system

Yes, I have a C-Band and KU LNB on my 8ft dish. I just can't seem to get that station however.

I am getting that station in with excellant quality (~90) on my satworks 3618 with a 10' pierced aluminum BUD.

What frequency & SR are you using? Maybe the OP can try to enter it in manually
