FX on Welcome Package

Is the FX channel currently added onto the welcome package?

FX is not on the Welcome Package. In order to receive this channel, you must have a minimum of the America's Top 120 (base brice $44.99). You can also receive the channel on AT200 ($59.99 base), AT250 ($69.99 base), Latino Max ($57.99 base), or AEP ($104.99 base). Sorry, just wanted to provide as much information as possible, this seems to be a pretty popular channel.

It just recently came off free preview, so it you had it and it is gone, that's why.
