OK, this was too late at night to figure out, but I think I've got it. I am guessing Almas TV is broadcasting from the US from the obscure promos found on YouTube. The real toughie was the new "movies" channel. It started broadcasting as "iMovie 2" this weekend with primary audio in English and secondary audio in what is labeled as Arabic but is probably Farsi (the original language of the programs). Turns out this is nothing other than iFilm rebranded from out in Iran.
