Hi,

Several months ago I lost all Galaxy 25 channels. I tried reseting the receiver using the 2020 option and it did work for a couple of days. Now it will not work at all. The signal is about 40% with almost no quality? AMC works okay though, signal is 85% quality 30%.

Thank you,

Signal Quality on LNBF #1 (AMC4) is too low for reliable reception.

Did you call customer support? CSRs will walk you through a trouble shooting sequence.

Trouble shooting suggestions:

1. The most common switching problem is that customer uses existing coax cable with poor quality cables, splitters, or failing connectors. with the lower signal quality on LNBF #1 this is probably not the issue. To test, turn off the master power switch Use a different coax cable to attach the receiver to the switch. Repower the master power switch. Does the switch reliably switch?

2. Sounds like the dish may be out of alignment ( not sure since you didn't state the signal quality on LNBF #2 (Galaxy 25). Have you tried to align the dish? The minimum signal qualities on a properly aligned dish should be approx. 50% across all channels.Typical is 3ABN 65%, TBN 60%, The Word Network 50%, Gospel Music Television Network 50%

3. Turn off master power switch connect directly to LNBF #2. Repower the master power switch. Is TBN coming in? If no signal quality, then LNBF #2 may have failed. If signal quality is 10 - 50% adjust the dish using step above to peak. If the Quality is above 50%, the switch may have failed.
