Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. Provides Further Details on Distribution Agreement with MAGADA Distributors

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 2004--Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GENM - News) is pleased to provide investors with further information on its exclusive distribution agreement with MAGADA Distributors. GENM has formally signed a 5-year contract with MAGADA to exclusively distribute all of its products, i.e. CDs, DVDs, etc. Projected revenue from this contract is approximately $1,650,000 over the next year. Peter Stocola, GENM Vice President and Director of Production, stated: "Due to this agreement, GENM feels more secure in its revenue projection of $1,348,500 for the next two quarters. One of GENM's strengths through MAGADA is its relationship with the Export Development Corporation of Canada. As a result of this, all of GENM's exported products and licensing agreements will be insured by EDC through MAGADA."
