GEOSATpro DVR1100c does not playback recorded files anymore

It is a recently installed system. I recorded one hour of programming for the first time three weeks ago. By then, the playback from the 16 GB USB drive was flawless. However, yesterday I recorded again and this time both the new and the old recorded files did not playback. Please, advice.

Please describe step by step how you are attempting to playback the DVR recordings.

Are you pressing the Play key on the remote and selecting the recording or entering the USB menu and selecting the recording to play?

I go to menu, select USB, select the recorded file. and press the play key. I only use the remote for all operations. Alternatively I have used the round key in the middle wheel (enter, ok) instead of the play key but without luck...

To play back a DVR recording: Press the Play key on the remote control, select the DVR recording to play back then press the OK key to play.

DVR recordings cannot be played back via the USB menu.
