I already lease one 622 and own a 510.
Sounds to good to be true, but the CSR I spoke with said exactly that. $100 redemption of the $149 fee and then $10/mo for 10 months.
She had to be looking at my account and seen that I already subscribe to the HD programming. I asked her at least three times about the redemptions to be sure.
Since I own my 510, I get to keep that as well she said. The only hitch I ran into was that I needed to have the second 622 "installed" because I owned the 510.
If they couldn't install at my billing address, that was going to be deal breaker. She said that I could have in installed at my billing address and not my "service address". I told her that I am at both properties and I cart the 510 back an forth. No problem she said.
I think I got a hold of the most accommodating CSR ever. Every part of the deal sounds to good to be true. I hope it works out or am I going to be rudely awakened and find out this is not going to happen? My install is supposed to happen on 7/24.
