Getting Jealous of Directv?

I am with Dish but I am very interested (not jealous) in what happens at Direct. I want them to hurry and launch these new hd channels so we get ours. I also think that there will be some disapointed customers at Direct when they do because they have been mislead. You have some on here thinking that they will get true hd not upconverted just because they will be with Direct. They do not understand that there are still not a lot of 24/7 hd out there yet. I would hate to be a Direct csr.

How so? Two independent feeds? If so I want to know more.

he likely does not fully understand the 622 and what it can do---as we often don't appreciate what some other hardware can or cannot so.

Dish=Action
E*already broadcasts the channels already available on HD that D* has been promising to make available, but haven't lived up YET. As Directv adds more, E* will add them as well. In the meantime, I will sit at home and watch voom, tlc, history, Animal planet, A&E, Food Net., NFL net. etc. in HD while directv customers wait.
