Getting ready to buy an HDTV.............

Who has the best pic in HD Cable, DTV or Dish. Also I'm looking at 2 Tv's Toshiba 37" lcd 999.99 and Olevia 237T same size 799.99. I've heard some really GOOD things about Olevia for the price.
