This has got to eventually be thrown out. Imagine the precedent it sets if it's not...

In fairness he is claiming that the dismissal was based in whole or in part on accusations of inappropriate behavior that he disputes.

I still don't buy it but at least he is not claiming that the coach and/or university have no right to set the size of the team or who gets each slot.
