Any recommendations on a good place to get discount but good quality printer cartridges? These would be for Canon printers if that matters.

Server Issues. We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.
Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

Ebay is where I got the last ones of mine for less than half price including shipping and they work great. They refill the catridges to keep the costs down.
My printer stresses not to refill the cartridges. I went thru one printer that they replaced, so I am think I should not refill or use refilled cartridges. I have a HP C7280 all in one printer. Where is a good place to purchase printer cartridges?
Think about how cheap the printers nowadays and how expensive the ink catridges are. If you had refilled catridges two or three times then that would make up the cost of a new printer (which comes with a set of ink catridges).
