Now there's every indication that Google will be announcing a more official expansion in San Jose soon; city officials anonymously telling theSan Jose Mercury News that an official Google Fiber San Jose launch announcement should arrive in late November or early December. The outlet states that talks between Google and the city "stalled twice," but are now proceeding quickly.
