Oh wow I really hope this fails. This is going to be the worst thing that has ever happened to video games.

Hmm it could simply change the industry in that people will no longer need hardware on their end basically a controller a nice TV with a high end connection. Its heading down the same road as TV Service Providers will be doing in that eventually everything will be streaming which means all you will need to have is a nice TV with a good net connection. No More DVR's No need for extra hardware basically going back to what it use to be all you need is a Smart TV.

Looks like Ubisoft will be supporting it with all of their big titles.
