grounding question

I have saw some installs that the RG6 would first go into grounding blocks then to a multiswitch and others the RG6 would go to the switch first then grounding blocks. Is their a difference? The switch i have is a 4x4.

They are supposed to ground each coaxial cable running from the lnbs. I think grounding after the switch or even using the switch in place of ground blocks is a big no-no.

The lead in cable should be grounded as close to the entrance as possible. The mast should be grounded to protect the LNBFs.
